Contemporary kitchen island built with stainless steel, longleaf pine, and white maple. The stainless steel countertop features a sink fabricated into the countertop for a seamless appearance. The longleaf pine squares on the front of the kitchen island are either drawers or cabinet doors. The wood is natural with a catalyzed lacquer protective finish.
Contemporary sliding door built with wenge veneer and sandblasted glass. The sliding door hardware is solid stainless steel from Germany. The door is slab-style but dimensionally stable, since it's built with veneer. A cut-out in the door features an inset of sandblasted glass.
Forged fireplace screen that features a single, sexy live oak tree detail. Handles on either side of the curved fireplace screen allow it to be moved to one side. People love this fireplace screen.
Contemporary reception desk built with white maple and steel. The desk feaures a transaction top, an oval desktop, several file drawers, and additional work space behind the desk. The maple is natural with a commercial-grade protective finish, and the steel has a custom black patina.
Contemporary mirror built with zebrawood veneer. This mirror is huge-aliscious. It measures 9' tall and almost 4' wide. It's photographed on the railroad tracks outside our studio in Texas.

The wood is stained mahogany, the steel has a black patina, and the pale green recycled plastic on the front of the desk has a honeycomb appearance. Inspired by Arts and Crafts architecture, this fireplace screen is built with forged steel. Features cloud rises, pegged mortise-and-tenons, and other Arts and Crafts details, but in steel.
Contemporary sliding door built with painted mdf. Features galvanized barn-style sliding door hardware. Door is canary yellow and has a detail of a traditional barn door, but zoomed in to show just a portion of that detail. Awesome.

Contemporary built-in bench out of wenge veneer. The architecture of the room is angled and segmented, but the design of the bench is circular. Not easy. Features sculptural built-in side tables and sliding wicker drawers and custom cushions.
Contemporary reception desk built with mdf, steel, concrete, and aluminum. Colors are red and black and natural concrete and natural aluminum. Very European looking. Built for Europeans, in fact. Duck not included.
